# Poet&#39;s Dream

Mere dashes of Bénédictine and orange bitters perfume a lean two-to-one gin Martini in the restrained 1937 Café Royal form.

Strength: 33% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [London dry gin](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/london-dry-gin.md)
- 30 ml [Dry vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/dry-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 2 dashes [Bénédictine](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/benedictine.md)
- 2 dashes [Orange bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orange-bitters.md)

## Method

1. Stir all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
