# Presbyterian

A dry Scotch highball in which equal parts ginger ale and soda soften the whisky while keeping ginger firmly in the background.

Strength: 13% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Blended Scotch whisky](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/blended-scotch-whisky.md)
- 60 ml [Ginger ale](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/ginger-ale.md)
- 60 ml [Soda water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/soda-water.md) — Use very cold, highly carbonated soda water.

## Method

1. Add two or three dense cubes to a chilled Collins glass.
2. Add the Scotch, chilled ginger ale, and chilled soda water.
3. Stir once gently.
