# Queen’s Park Hotel Super Cocktail

Trinidad rum, sweet vermouth, lime, real grenadine, and Angostura form a tart, aromatic hotel classic wholly distinct from the Queen’s Park Swizzle.

Strength: 23% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Aged rum](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/aged-rum.md) — Use a gold aged rum from Trinidad.
- 15 ml [Sweet vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sweet-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 15 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Grenadine](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/grenadine.md) — Use a real pomegranate grenadine.
- 4 dashes [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

## Method

1. Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
