# Rabo de Galo

A robust Brazilian aperitif bringing cachaça together with sweet vermouth, earthy Cynar, and aromatic bitters.

Strength: 31% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Cachaça](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cachaca.md)
- 20 ml [Sweet vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sweet-vermouth.md)
- 15 ml [Cynar](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cynar.md)
- 2 drops [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

Rocks glass

## Garnish

- Orange twist — Express the peel oils over the drink.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
