# Ramos Fizz

An airy gin fizz enriched with cream, citrus, egg white, and floral notes.

- 60 ml [Cream](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cream.md)
- 30 ml [Egg white](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/egg-white.md)
- 3 dashes [Orange flower water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orange-flower-water.md)
- 2 drops [Vanilla extract](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/vanilla-extract.md)
- to top [Soda water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/soda-water.md)

## Method

1. Add everything except the soda water to a shaker with ice and shake for two minutes.
2. Double-strain, return the drink to the shaker, and shake hard without ice for one minute.
3. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda water.
