# Ranch Water

A bone-dry West Texas highball whose mineral sparkle and fresh lime keep blanco tequila vivid and exceptionally refreshing.

Strength: 8% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Blanco tequila](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/blanco-tequila.md)
- 15 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)
- 180 ml [Sparkling mineral water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sparkling-mineral-water.md) — Use very cold, highly carbonated sparkling mineral water.

- Lime wedge

## Method

1. Fill a chilled Collins glass completely with hard cubed ice.
2. Add the tequila and fresh lime juice.
3. Top with the chilled sparkling mineral water and lift once gently from bottom to top with a bar spoon.
