# Rose

Dry vermouth and clear cherry eau-de-vie make a delicate Parisian aperitif, lightly blushed with raspberry.

Strength: 24% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Dry vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/dry-vermouth.md) — Use a fresh, delicate French-style dry vermouth; keep the opened bottle refrigerated.
- 30 ml [Kirschwasser](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/kirschwasser.md)
- 5 ml [Raspberry syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/raspberry-syrup.md)

## Garnish

- Cocktail cherry — Use one good maraschino cherry.

## Method

1. Stir all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
