# Three Dots and a Dash

Donn Beach's wartime victory drink, joining aged agricole and blended rum with honeyed citrus and a precise current of island spice.

- 15 ml [Honey syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/honey-syrup.md)
- 15 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)

- 1 dash [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

## Glassware

Footed pilsner glass

## Garnish

- Maraschino cherry — Arrange three cherries on a cocktail pick to make the three dots.
- Pineapple leaf — Place beside the cherries to make the dash.

## Method

1. Add all the ingredients, 360 ml crushed ice, and four to six small ice cubes to a blender cup.
2. Flash-blend briefly.
3. Pour into a footed pilsner glass, straining out the larger ice cubes.
4. Add more crushed ice to fill.
