# Trident

Aquavit, dry sherry, and Cynar meet in equal measure, with peach and orange bitters drawing out the drink&#39;s savoury fruit and spice.

Strength: 25% ABV before dilution

- Lemon twist — Express the peel oils over the drink and insert the twist.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
