# Trinidad Fizz

Angostura bitters lead a creamy, foaming historical fizz brightened with lemon, grenadine, and cold soda.

Strength: 7% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 30 ml [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)
- 5 ml [Grenadine](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/grenadine.md)
- 15 ml [Fresh lemon juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lemon-juice.md)
- 30 ml [Egg white](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/egg-white.md) — Contains egg. Pasteurised egg white is the prudent choice for vulnerable guests; keep refrigerated and use promptly.
- 15 ml [Cream](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cream.md) — Contains milk; keep refrigerated and use promptly.
- 90 ml [Soda water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/soda-water.md) — Use very cold soda water.

## Glassware

Goblet glass

## Garnish

- Pineapple sticks — Use two narrow sticks of ripe fresh pineapple.

## Method

1. Shake everything except the soda hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and foamy.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled goblet without serving ice.
3. Add the cold soda slowly and lift once gently to combine.
