# Vermouth-Cassis

Dry vermouth, blackcurrant liqueur, and soda make a light French highball whose vinous acidity keeps the dark fruit brisk rather than jammy.

Strength: 13% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Dry vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/dry-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.

- 30 ml [Soda water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/soda-water.md) — Use cold, freshly opened soda water.
