# Wibble

Dry gin and sloe gin share the base of a brisk grapefruit sour, while tiny measures of blackberry liqueur and sugar deepen the hedgerow fruit without turning it jammy.

Strength: 18% ABV before dilution

- 25 ml [Sloe gin](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sloe-gin.md)
- 25 ml [Fresh grapefruit juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-grapefruit-juice.md) — Use fresh pink grapefruit juice.
- 10 ml [Fresh lemon juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lemon-juice.md)
- 10 ml [Crème de mûre](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/creme-de-mure.md)
- 5 ml [Simple syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/simple-syrup.md)

- Lemon twist — Express the peel oils over the drink and insert the twist.

## Method

1. Shake all the ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
