Black Manhattan
A dark, bittersweet Manhattan that replaces vermouth with rich Sicilian Averna.
Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 60 ml
- Averna 30 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
- Orange bitters 1 dash
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
- Garnish

Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
