Ingredients
- Lime 0.5 piece Core half a ripe lime and cut it into six chunks.
- Vodka 60 ml
- Honey 1 bar spoon Use raw honey and reserve enough to coat the dawa stick.
- Demerara syrup 10 ml Use a two-to-one syrup by weight.
Preparation
- Muddle the lime chunks in a chilled double old fashioned glass just firmly enough to release their juice and peel oils.
- Add the vodka and any honey not used on the stick, then stir until the honey dissolves.
- Add the demerara syrup, pack the glass with crushed ice, and churn until cold.
