Ingredients
- Vodka 40 ml
- Fresh pineapple juice 20 ml
- Aperol 15 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Simple syrup 15 ml Use a one-to-one syrup by weight.
- Passion-fruit syrup 5 ml
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and aerated.
- Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass over fresh cubed ice.
