Ingredients
- London dry gin 60 ml
- Rich simple syrup 2.5 ml Use a two-to-one syrup by weight.
- Absinthe 3 dashes
- Orange bitters 3 dashes
Preparation
- Stir all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add the olive.
- Express a lemon peel over the surface and discard the peel.
