A dry mezcal Margarita with fresh lime, orange liqueur, and a direct green-chilli heat.

Ingredients
- Mezcal 60 ml
- Cointreau 30 ml
- Fresh lime juice 30 ml
- Jalapeño 1 slice Adjust to taste.
Preparation
- Muddle the jalapeño slice in a shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice.
