- Absinthe 30 ml
- Anisette 7.5 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
- Water 45 ml Use chilled still water.
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled Martini glass.
