A Scotch Manhattan enriched with honeyed, herbal Bénédictine.
Ingredients
- Scotch whisky 60 ml
- Sweet vermouth 22.5 ml
- Bénédictine 7.5 ml
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
- Garnish

- Lemon zest Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
