A Scotch whisky Manhattan, pairing the grain and smoke of whisky with sweet vermouth and aromatic bitters.
Ingredients
- Scotch whisky 60 ml
- Sweet vermouth 22.5 ml
- Angostura bitters 3 dashes
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
- Garnish

Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
