Division Bell
A smoky mezcal sour layered with bittersweet Aperol, dry maraschino, and fresh lime.
Ingredients
- Mezcal 30 ml
- Aperol 22.5 ml
- Luxardo Maraschino 15 ml
- Fresh lime juice 22.5 ml
- Glassware
- Coupe glass
- Garnish

- Grapefruit twist Express the peel oils over the drink, then discard.
Method
- Shake all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
