Kingston Negroni
A forceful Negroni variation pairing funky overproof Jamaican rum with Campari and sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
- Overproof Jamaican rum 30 ml Smith & Cross
- Campari 30 ml
- Sweet vermouth 30 ml
- Glassware
- Rocks glass
- Garnish

- Orange twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
