Negroni Sbagliato
A lighter, sparkling Negroni in which crisp Prosecco takes the place of gin.
Ingredients
- Campari 30 ml
- Sweet vermouth 30 ml
- Prosecco 30 ml
- Glassware
- Rocks glass
- Garnish

Method
- Pour the Campari and sweet vermouth into an ice-filled rocks glass and stir gently.
- Add the Prosecco and stir once to combine without losing its bubbles.
