Perfect Manhattan
A Manhattan whose vermouth is split equally between sweet and dry, bringing a leaner, more herbal balance.
Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 60 ml
- Dry vermouth 15 ml
- Sweet vermouth 15 ml
- Angostura bitters 2 dashes

Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
