Ingredients
- Irish whiskey 45 ml
- Dry vermouth 45 ml Use a fresh, delicate French-style dry vermouth; keep the opened bottle refrigerated.
- Absinthe 2 dashes
- Angostura bitters 2 dashes
Preparation
- Stir all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
