A tiny trace of grenadine and absinthe pulls a two-to-one dry Gin Martini into the theatrical but still austere world of the Savoy bar.

Ingredients
- Dry gin 60 ml
- Dry vermouth 30 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Grenadine 2 dashes Use a grenadine made with real pomegranate.
- Absinthe 1 dash
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, express a lemon peel over the surface, and discard it.
