Rye, Cognac, and vermouth layered with Bénédictine and Peychaud’s bitters.
Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 30 ml
- Cognac 30 ml
- Sweet vermouth 30 ml
- Bénédictine 1 bar spoon
- Peychaud’s bitters 2 dashes
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
- Garnish

Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
