  • Citrus peel Use a long orange or lemon peel curled inside the glass.

Preparation

  1. Moisten the glass rim with citrus and coat it in finely crushed white sugar.
  2. Curl a long strip of citrus peel around the inside of the prepared glass.
  3. Stir all the liquid ingredients with ice, then strain into the prepared glass.
