Brandy Crusta
A brandy sour with maraschino, curaçao, bitters, a sugar-crusted rim, and a long citrus peel.
Ingredients
- Brandy 52.5 ml
- Luxardo Maraschino 7.5 ml
- Curaçao 1 bar spoon
- Fresh lemon juice 15 ml
- Simple syrup 1 bar spoon
- Aromatic bitters 2 dashes
- Glassware
- Slim cocktail glass
- Garnish

- Sugar rim Finely crushed white sugar on a citrus-moistened rim.
- Citrus peel Use a long orange or lemon peel curled inside the glass.
Method
- Moisten the glass rim with citrus and coat it in finely crushed white sugar.
- Curl a long strip of citrus peel around the inside of the prepared glass.
- Stir all the liquid ingredients with ice, then strain into the prepared glass.
