An Old Tom gin sour sharpened with maraschino, lemon, and orange bitters.
Ingredients
- Old Tom gin 40 ml
- Luxardo Maraschino 10 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 10 ml
- Orange bitters 2 dashes
- Glassware
- Rocks glass
- Garnish

- Maraschino cherry
Method
- Shake all the ingredients well with ice.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
