A four-spirit Old Fashioned uniting rye, bourbon, Cognac, and Calvados with demerara and bitters.
Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 15 ml
- Bourbon 15 ml
- Calvados 15 ml
- Cognac 15 ml
- Demerara syrup 5 ml
- Angostura bitters 2 dashes
- Mole bitters 1 dash
- Glassware
- Old fashioned glass
- Garnish

- Lemon twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
- Orange twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over one large ice cube.
