Coronation Cocktail (Joseph Rose)
Joseph Rose’s 1903 Coronation is a bone-dry vermouth-and-fino cocktail lifted by tiny measures of maraschino and orange bitters.

Ingredients
- Dry vermouth 60 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Fino sherry 30 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Maraschino liqueur 2 dashes
- Orange bitters 3 dashes
Preparation
- Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
