- London dry gin 50 ml
- Tonic water 100 ml Use a cold, freshly opened premium tonic with clean quinine bitterness.
Preparation
- Fill a chilled goblet completely with hard cubed ice and add the London dry gin.
- Add the cold tonic gently, then lift once from bottom to top with a bar spoon.
