- Fresh lemon juice 25 ml
- Kümmel 25 ml Use a traditional 35–40% ABV kümmel with a clear, caraway-led profile.
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
