Hugo Spritz
A light, floral spritz of elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, soda, mint, and lime.
Ingredients
- St-Germain 40 ml
- Prosecco 60 ml
- Soda water 60 ml
- Mint 8 leaves
- Glassware
- Wine glass
- Garnish

Method
- Fill a wine glass generously with ice.
- Add the St-Germain and mint leaves.
- Top with the Prosecco and soda water, then stir gently.
