Jungle Bird
A dark-rum tropical drink cut by pineapple, fresh lime, and the firm bitterness of Campari.
Ingredients
- Black blended rum 60 ml
- Campari 22.5 ml
- Fresh pineapple juice 45 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Demerara syrup 15 ml
- Glassware
- Rocks glass
- Garnish

Method
- Shake all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
