Mexican Monk
A dry, spirit-forward tequila cocktail deepened by amontillado, Bénédictine, and coffee liqueur.
Ingredients
- Reposado tequila 60 ml
- Amontillado sherry 15 ml
- Bénédictine 7.5 ml
- Coffee liqueur 7.5 ml
- Glassware
- Coupe glass
- Garnish

- Lemon twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
