A layered agave aperitif from San Francisco’s ABV, joining mezcal and tequila with Cocchi Americano and alpine-herbal amaro.
Ingredients
- Mezcal 30 ml
- Tequila 30 ml
- Cocchi Americano 30 ml
- Brucato Chaparral 7.5 ml
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
- Garnish

- Grapefruit twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
