Monkey Gland
Gin and fresh orange sharpened by absinthe and grenadine.
Ingredients
- Dry gin 45 ml
- Fresh orange juice 45 ml
- Absinthe 1 tablespoon
- Grenadine 1 tablespoon
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
Method
- Shake all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
