Gin Daisy
This tall 1902-style Daisy brightens London dry gin with lime and grenadine, then opens the vivid pink sour over cracked ice with soda.

Ingredients
- London dry gin 45 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Grenadine 15 ml
- Soda water 45 ml Use very cold, highly carbonated soda water.
Preparation
- Shake the gin, lime juice, and grenadine with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with cracked ice.
- Add the soda water and stir once gently.
