A dry gin Martini brightened with Cointreau and a restrained measure of absinthe.
Ingredients
- London dry gin 60 ml
- Dry vermouth 30 ml
- Cointreau 15 ml
- Absinthe 3 dashes
- Glassware
- Coupe glass
- Garnish

- Lemon twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
