Ingredients
- Gin 60 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup 15 ml Use a mild one-to-one honey syrup by volume.
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
