- Gin 60 ml Use Old Tom gin to make a Tom Collins.
- Fresh lemon juice 30 ml
- Simple syrup 10 ml
- Soda water 60 ml
Preparation
- Pour the ingredients directly into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Stir gently.
