Gold Rush
A bourbon sour sweetened with rich honey syrup instead of sugar.
Ingredients
- Bourbon 60 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup 22.5 ml
- Glassware
- Old fashioned glass
- Garnish

- Lemon twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Shake all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over one large ice cube.
