Gin Fizz
A brisk gin and lemon highball lengthened with lively soda.
Ingredients
- Gin 45 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 30 ml
- Simple syrup 10 ml
- Soda water a splash
- Glassware
- Tall tumbler
- Garnish

- Lemon slice
- Lemon zest Optional.
Method
- Shake the gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice, leaving out the soda.
- Strain into a tall tumbler and finish with a splash of soda water.
- Serve without ice.
