Ingredients
- Soda water 45 ml Use cold, freshly opened soda water.
- Campari 60 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 22.5 ml
- Simple syrup 22.5 ml
- Sweet vermouth 30 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
Preparation
- Pour the soda water into a chilled Collins glass.
- Shake the Campari, lemon juice, and syrup with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled, then strain over the soda.
- Fill with cracked ice and float the sweet vermouth over the top.
