- Orange wheel Use one thin fresh wheel.
Ingredients
- Campari 30 ml
- Dry vermouth 30 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Fresh lime juice 30 ml
- Rich simple syrup 15 ml Use a syrup made with two parts sugar to one part water.
- Soda water 45 ml Use cold, freshly opened soda water.
Preparation
- Shake every ingredient except the soda water with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Collins filled with fresh cubed ice, add the soda water, and stir once gently.
