Ingredients
- Campari 30 ml
- Green Chartreuse 30 ml
- Fresh lime juice 30 ml
- Simple syrup 22.5 ml
- Saline solution 4 drops Dissolve one part kosher salt in five parts water and keep refrigerated.
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
