Brooklyn
A dry, rye-led Manhattan relative accented with maraschino and the bitter orange of Amer Picon.
Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 60 ml
- Dry vermouth 22.5 ml
- Amer Picon 7.5 ml
- Luxardo Maraschino 7.5 ml
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
- Garnish

- Lemon twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
