Ingredients
- Jamaican rum 67.5 ml Use an unaged black Jamaican pot-still rum.
- Fresh lemon juice 15 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Demerara syrup 15 ml
- Grenadine 7.5 ml
- Absinthe 7.5 ml
- Soda water 30 ml
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a spindle blender with 360 ml crushed ice and four to six small cubed-ice agitators.
- Flash-blend briefly, then open-pour into a chilled double old fashioned glass, using a gated finish to hold back the larger agitator cubes.
