- Orange spiral Cut one long continuous peel and hook it over the rim like a coiled snake.
- Mint sprig Use one fresh, aromatic sprig.
Ingredients
- Jamaican rum 30 ml Use a dark Jamaican rum.
- Demerara rum 30 ml
- Fresh lime juice 45 ml
- Fresh orange juice 45 ml
- Passion-fruit syrup 45 ml
- Soda water 60 ml Use cold, freshly opened soda water.
Preparation
- Shake every ingredient except the soda water with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled large brandy snifter, add the soda water, and stir once gently.
